The sense of gratefulness that November promotes is magical. I admire that the "attitude of gratitude" is a hot topic this time of year amongst every community, yet I wish more people understood the power of appreciation. We tend to let the simple things (such as our morning cup of coffee) slip our path of thankfulness. In all reality, it's these tiny blessings that shape our entire lives. Once you view gratitude as a year-round virtue, not an emotion reserved for only memorable occasions, you'll experience positive transitions. Countless people have utilized the practice of gratitude to naturally brighten their mood, improve their level of self-motivation, & to obtain a sense of peace. Being consistent with your thankfulness will more importantly grant you humility, as it's way easier to remain humble when you are aware of your daily privileges. With persistence & dedication, a grateful mindset has the power to influence all areas of your life: mental & physical health, relationships, & even work. If you desire to improve your life as a whole, I definitely suggest establishing a schedule to give thanks. Nothing should stop you from being a superior you!

keep a gratitude journal
decide whether you prefer writing in the morning or night
maintain a convenient writing schedule
consistency will lead to the most efficient results
create a thankful jar
decorate a mason jar from your local craft store
periodically fill your jar with written notes of gratitude
as the jar's contents increase, it will symbolize everything you have come to appreciate
read your blessings whenever you need a boost
gratitude meditation
a form of meditation where you visualize what you appreciate
this is a powerful way to welcome more blessings into your life
try out a guided gratitude meditation if you need assistance
nurture all of your relationships
display in your actions that you cherish the people closest to you
send a loved one an uplifting text or give them a call
write genuine thank you notes more often
acts of kindness
once you're humbled by your blessings, you won't hesitate to bless others
if your heart is open to the idea, complete a random act of kindness (daily, weekly, or even monthly)
These simple methods activate various uplifting benefits. Keep in mind we're all human & creating new habits can be difficult. It's not particularly easy to find things to be thankful for when money is low, your relationships are all seemingly failing, or you despise your job. Hidden in all your lows are lessons which ultimately lead to blessings, so please remain inspired. If you miss a day/week that doesn't mean your mission has flopped, just recuperate & continue as soon as possible. I hope to hear positive results & updates from you all!
free yourself from those karmic life-cycles,
